As long as you have a valid driving license and own a vehicle (whether private or commercial); you are eligible to enjoy all the privileges & services provided by Edwin's Auto Rescue!

Transfer of Membership
EARs membership is non-transferable.

Switching of EARs Package Plans
Switching of EARs package plans is only valid for packages with yearly paying subscriptions

Cancellation
Contact EARs HQ for cancellation of membership. There will be no refunds for any cancellations made.

Loss of Membership Card
Application for replacement of membership cards can be made via contacting EARs HQ at RM10.00 per card. You may also write in to request for replacement and submit your payment together.

Payment Methods
Payments can be made via:

• EARs service outlets (cash, cheque or credit card)
• Cheque through post
• Bank in direct to our account and mailing/faxing/emailing us the bank slip
• Online bank in and mailing/faxing/emailing us the transaction details or e-receipt
• Online credit card payments (VISA or MASTERCARD only)
