1st in MALAYSIA (since 2009) to produce an emergency application for iPhone users to alert EARs emergency centre with just a push of a button. EARs member’s location is accurately located via GPS, and an EARs agent will be in contact with user in a jiffy. Initial test results:
• Alert time < 10 seconds
• Response time +/- 30 seconds (varies depending on time or 'peak hours')
• On the scene response time +/- 30 minutes (varies depending on time, location or 'peak hours')		 Accurate, Fast & Easy.

  • locate and monitor cases
    (accidents, breakdowns and various personal emergencies)
  • assign specific providers to provide assistance/rescue to EARs members via a high-tech professional GPS-enabled backend system

Who Can Use the EARsAlert2 App?
Anyone! Anywhere!
At present the EARs app is available for iPhone and Android and soon to all other smartphones ie. BlackBerry, Mango, Symbian, etc.

To use the the EARsAlert2 app;

  1. Download and install the ‘EARsAlert2’ application that is now available at the Apple app store. To do that you can;
    • Click on the app store link and download to your computer, after that sync your iPhone with your computer or
    • From your iPhone, launch iTunes and download the EARsAlert2 app which will self-install
    • You can play around the app by selecting 'Skip, proceed to demo'

  2. Proceed to the EARs website to register an account with us.
    • Membership plan options for 2years, 1year, 1month or 1week
    • Multiple simplified ways to make payments via PayPal, credit card or online banking

  3. Once you have completed the sign up process, activate the EARsAlert2 app by keying in your 'Username' and 'Password' and press ' ACTIVATE'. It's that easy!!


IMPORTANT! EARs suggests that you test your EARsAlert2 app often to be sure that it is working and that our EARs agents will respond to you. Press 'TEST ALERT' often to ensure that your 5 emergency contacts will receive your distress alerts the moment you send them!
