  • Personal Alert 'PAL' is specially designed to address the dire need for a formidable preventive tool against the much dreaded and ever increasing rise of crimes against people eg. kidnap, rape, robbery, stalkers. It is the ultimate personal safety tool in the form of a simple yet highly effective mobile panic button. As it is a software application installed on smart devices ie.smarthpones or tablets, you are not required to be carrying an additional device which is either extra weight, inconvenient to keep charging and difficult to remember to always have it with you (apart from your mobile phone which is already 'part' of you).   • EARsAlert2 simplifies the entire process – just tap on the icon and a signal is immediately sent within +/-5 seconds to EARs Emergency Centre which identifies your name and pinpoints your location via GPS. You will receive a call from an EARs agent within a short timeframe to ascertain your condition and safety, and to confirm what kind of emergency service or assistance you need. The agent will then alert five of your closest contacts to inform them about your situation. From there our agents will work with your emergency contacts to determine the next best course of action to provide you with an effective rescue or assistance. We are extensively equipped with the right contacts & partnership around the globe to assist you.

    When can I use it?


  • The EARsAlert2 app coupled with the PAL service is designed to not only to be used in/during an emergency but especially before as a preventive tool. At the first sign of danger or any inclination of an impending danger, don't hesitate to use it! Some example of situations when EARsAlert2 SMART app + PAL can be used:
    • When being stalked or followed by a stranger
    • When you suspect your taxi driver is not taking you to where you asked to go
    • When you lost your way or have gotten lost
