How does it work?Personal Alert + EARsAlert2 app

EARsAlert2 simplifies the entire process � just tap on the 'ACCIDENT' icon or select a 'Breakdown Type' and a signal is immediately sent within +/-5 seconds to EARs Emergency Response Centre which identifies your name and pinpoints your location via GPS. You will receive a call from an EARs agent within a short timeframe to ascertain your condition and safety, and to confirm what kind of emergency service or assistance you need. If required the EARs agent can also alert five of your closest contacts to inform them about your situation. From there our agents will get in touch with the relevant service provider that is closest to you to provide you with the quickest assistance or rescue possible. No time is wasted talking over the phone as the EARsAlert2 SMART app helps our EARs agents determine your identity, vehicle you are driving and especially your location instantly. EARs is extensively prepared to attend to any of your automotive emergencies with partnerships of more than 500 workshops and tow truck providers nation-wide including Sabah & Sarawak and cross-border to neighbouring countries Singapore, Thailand and Brunei. EARsAlert2 is truly the ultimate all-in-1 auto & personal safety application & service wherever you go!

When can I use it?

Below are the common usages of the EARsAlert2 SMART app by our members for automotive emergencies:

Accidents - towing
Engine overheat - towing
Car cannot start, not sure why - towing
Flat tyre - on site assistance by EARs agent to change spare tyre
Flat battery - delivery of battery or jump start

*If battery, petrol or spare parts are required; all cost to purchase the stated items must be borne by EARs members.

Where can I use it?

Anywhere in Malaysia including Sabah & Sarawak and cross borders to neighbouring countries ie. Singapore, Thailand and Brunei!
**Please take note that although EARs is able to arrange for a rescue or assistance in the neighbouring countries stated however EARs will only cover any cost of towing or breakdown assistance within Malaysia only. Any cost incurred in neighbouring countries outside of Malaysia must be borne by EARs members paid directly to the service provider.
