Doing this simple checking can prevent a major breakdown and the need to spend lots of $$$$$$ to repair. Check your engine oil level once (1) a week
Step 1 : Open the engine bonnet
Step 2 : Locate the dipstick
Step 3 : Pull out the dipstick and clean it with tissue or paper
Step 4 : Put the dipstick back in and pull it out again
Step 5 : Now check the oil level, the oil mark should be between min and max / L or F but closer to Max/F is best. Once checked and oil level is okay, put the dipstick back in.
*Make sure car is on flat even surface before checking engine oil level (not a slope)
*If oil level is at Min / L, top up the engine oil a little bit (about 1litre)
